This Privacy Policy explains how the Memo Drama mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. The App is available on memodrama.app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data needed to run the App and show ads:

• Account information — your name and email address, collected when you register or sign in. A user ID is created to identify your account.
• Profile content — photos or videos you choose to upload (e.g. your profile picture).
• Advertising identifiers — your device advertising ID (Apple IDFA / Google Advertising ID) and related advertising data, used to display ads through Google AdMob.
• Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data, collected automatically to keep the App stable (via Google Firebase Crashlytics).
• Push notifications — a notification token (via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you updates, if you allow notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and let you sign in.
• To provide core App features (profile, content access).
• To display advertisements and measure their performance.
• To diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and improve the App.
• To send notifications you have opted into.

3. Advertising & Tracking

We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may use your device advertising ID to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads. This may involve "tracking" as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

• On iOS, we ask for your permission (ATT) before using your advertising ID for personalized ads. If you decline, you will see non-personalized ads.
• You can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following services, which have their own privacy policies:

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your advertising ID and advertising data are shared with Google AdMob to deliver ads. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We apply reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time:

• In the App: Profile → "Бүртгэл устгах" (Delete account).
• Online: submit a deletion request at https://memodrama.app/user/delete.

Account deletions are processed within 14 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
